Frequently Asked Questions

How much does professional cleaning cost on Long Island?
Pricing depends on your home’s size, condition, and how often you want service. Most Long Island homeowners with a standard two-to-three bedroom home pay $200–$280 per visit for recurring bi-weekly service. One-time and deep cleans run higher because they take more time. We give you a flat-rate quote before anything is scheduled — no hourly guessing, no surprise totals at the end.
A regular maintenance clean covers the surfaces, floors, bathrooms, and kitchen that accumulate dirt week to week — the kind of clean that keeps your home consistently fresh. A deep clean goes further: baseboards, interior appliances, behind furniture, grout lines, window sills, and areas that don’t get touched in a standard visit. If you haven’t had a professional clean in a while, or you’re starting a recurring plan with us, a deep clean is usually the right first step.
Booking is straightforward — reach out by phone or through our website and we’ll find a time that works. For first-time or one-time cleans, we recommend booking at least a few days out so we can confirm the details and get you on the schedule properly. Recurring maintenance plan clients get priority scheduling, which means your slot is protected. If something comes up and you need to reschedule, just give us reasonable notice and we’ll work with you.
Yes — every person on our team goes through a thorough background check before they ever step foot in a client’s home. We understand that letting someone into your space requires real trust, not just a promise. Our team shows up in uniform so you know exactly who’s at your door. This isn’t something we treat as optional. It’s a baseline standard, and we hold everyone to it every time.
Yes. We carry general liability insurance, workers’ compensation coverage, and a janitorial bond. This matters more than most people realize. If anything is accidentally damaged during a cleaning, you’re covered. If a worker is injured on your property, our workers’ comp handles it — not you. And the janitorial bond adds an extra layer of accountability. Any cleaning company operating in New York without these protections is putting you at risk, not just themselves.
Not much — and that’s the point. You don’t need to pre-clean or tidy everything up before we get there. If you want to put away valuables or personal items, that’s completely reasonable, but it’s not required. Picking up loose clutter from floors and counters helps us work more efficiently, but beyond that, just let us in and let us do our job. We bring all the supplies and equipment.
